Continuous Loading into Browser
On a fresh install 20231102 I ended up seeing the browser tab continuously loading. A check of the logs
showed

"message":"Failed to fetch the Collabora capabilities ... Operation timed out..."}Remove the app:
That fixed in but can not edit word documents within Nextcloud now.
