10.17 Remove Completely Empty Rows

To remove all rows from a dataset that are completely empty (NA for all values) we can count the number of NA’s in a row and if that is different to the number of columns in the dataset then keep that row

data <- data[rowSums(is.na(data)) != ncol(data), ] # Remove empty rows
