23.1 aztranslate configure
A free Azure subscription allowing 2 million characters each month to be translated (last checked at Azure Pricing 20210529) is available from Microsoft at https://azure.microsoft.com/free/. After subscribing visit the Azure Portal at https://portal.azure.com and Create a resource under AI and Machine Learning called Translator. Once created you can access the web API subscription key and the so-called endpoint (URL) from the Portal. These will be prompted for when configuring this MLHub package, and the credentials will then saved to file to reduce the need for repeated authentication requests.
The first time you configure the package you will be asked to enter the key and endpoint:

If the file containing the private information already exists, you will be given a chance to display or edit the file, or else to load the private information from that file:
