evolution

Evolution is a Personal Information Manager (PIM), providing an address book, calendars, to-do lists, and email. Evolution is the GNOME all-in-one PIM that will be comfortable for anyone familiar with Microsoft’s Outlook. Evolution provides an integrated desktop environment with an email client, address book, and calendar.

We can start up Evolution from the Applications menu on the top GNOME panel. Using the left mouse button, click on the Applications menu, then click the Internet sub menu and then the Evolution Mail item. We then see the Evolution window as in Figure ??.
